About the IMPLC toolkit

The outcomes of each of the six CCIC initiatives and the change management strategy are presented in this ‘Super Toolkit’. The goal of this toolkit is to share the information and resources that have been developed, tested and implemented as part of the overall Project. The resources are described in brief, identifying target audiences and key learning objectives. All of the resources are available from the Centre for Interprofessional Education at the University of Toronto, and we welcome you to contact the Office at ipe.info@utoronto.ca for more information.
